Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear guidelines for course registration, payments and cancellations.
Course registration & payment
- Payment is due at registration. Your place in the course is confirmed only once payment is received. Late payment may result in loss of your spot.
- Course materials. Unless explicitly stated, items such as textbooks are not included in the course fee and must be purchased separately.
Cancellation & refunds
General policy
No refunds or cancellations are permitted under normal circumstances once a course has been paid for and a place confirmed.
Emergency exceptions
In cases of serious emergencies — such as severe illness, immediate family crisis or natural disasters — the paid fee may be transferred to a future course batch, subject to availability. This is assessed case by case at our discretion.
How to submit a cancellation request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@germanwithamit.com. Verbal requests cannot be processed.
If we cancel a course
In the event that German With Amit cancels a scheduled course, full refunds will be issued to all registered participants within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
Participant responsibilities
- Attend classes regularly and complete assignments to make the most of your enrolment.
- Maintain a respectful and positive learning environment for all participants.
Intellectual property
All course materials — including lesson PDFs, recordings, slides and worksheets — are protected by copyright. Reproduction, redistribution or sharing outside the course without prior written permission is prohibited.
Termination of access
We reserve the right to terminate a participant's access to a course without refund in cases of serious non-compliance with these terms or disruptive behaviour.
Limitation of liability
German With Amit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
Policy amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on our website.
