School leavers
You have completed school (10+2 or equivalent) and want a practical career rather than a university degree.
Professional Training · Learn & Earn
Ausbildung is Germany's paid vocational training. Over two to three years you train inside a company, attend vocational school and earn a training salary from your first month. It ends with a state-recognised qualification and a real career path in Germany.
We prepare you in India and, where your package includes it, our Germany-based team supports you on the ground.

What is Ausbildung?
You learn in a company and at a vocational school at the same time — practical skills and theory together.
Duration depends on the occupation. You receive a training salary throughout — typically around €1,000–€1,600 gross per month.
You receive the same state-recognised qualification as German trainees — a real career foundation in Germany.
Who it's for
You have completed school (10+2 or equivalent) and want a practical career rather than a university degree.
You are committed to reaching at least B1 — or B2 for some fields such as nursing. Language is the foundation.
Some routes require this. Our team confirms during the assessment which pathway and requirements apply to you.
Two pathways
Pathway 1 · Apply from India
You learn German with us in India and build a profile ready for the German training market — CV, certificates and motivation letter. Our team identifies suitable opportunities based on your language level, education, qualifications and interests.
We support your applications and, where included, prepare and coordinate interviews. With a signed training contract, you apply for the vocational training visa and arrive with your place secured.
Opportunities depend on your qualifications, German skills, preparation, interview performance and current employer demand.
Pathway 2 · Search in Germany
Eligible applicants can use Germany’s vocational-training search visa to meet employers in person and search for up to nine months. After signing a training contract, you switch to the vocational-training residence permit and begin.
Requirements can change — check Make it in Germany and the Federal Foreign Office consular portal for the official current rules.
Practical support from arrival through applications and interviews.

Which ones are open to you depends on your profile, your German level and current vacancies.
Nursing and care (Pflege)

Your next step
Visa and residence decisions are made by the competent German authorities. Ausbildung positions depend on your eligibility, qualifications, German skills, employer requirements and current vacancies. We provide preparation, application support and Germany-based assistance; we do not guarantee a visa, an Ausbildung position or a specific employer.
